Tai Chi and Qigong classes are sequential and are taught in 4, 6, or 8-class courses. To register for a course, or for additional information about any of the programs, please call or send an email and we'll respond promptly!

A perfect program for Beginners, stressing foundations of Tai Chi and providing the opportunity to learn a beautiful form based on Sun Style Tai Chi. We teach the Tai Chi for Arthritis I/II and Fall Prevention program (TCHI courses) in this class. Even if one doesn't have arthritis, it's a great program for overall health and fitness, and forms a solid foundation for continued practice!
This is a flowing form incorporating all Tai Chi principles, and is the most popular short form in the world. It is appropriate for a motivated beginner or for anyone seeking to advance his or her Tai Chi practice.
This form is the traditional Sun style long form. It's the perfect follow-on course for those who have completed the Foundations or other Tai Chi courses.
These forms are taught as distinct programs and are also integrated into the advanced classes.
Traditional Health Exercises, focusing on physical forms, energy, and breathing.
