A perfect program for Beginners, stressing foundations of Tai Chi and providing the opportunity to learn a beautiful form based on Sun Style Tai Chi. We teach the Tai Chi for Arthritis I/II and Fall Prevention program (TCHI courses) in this class. Even if one doesn't have arthritis, it's a great program for overall health and fitness, and forms a solid foundation for continued practice!
This is a flowing form incorporating all Tai Chi principles, and is the most popular short form in the world. It is appropriate for a motivated beginner or for anyone seeking to advance his or her Tai Chi practice.
This form is the traditional Sun style long form. It's the perfect follow-on course for those who have completed the Foundations or other Tai Chi courses.
These forms are taught as distinct programs and are also integrated into the advanced classes.
